1st year

It's been a year ago since I moved to Rotterdam. Came here with only junk.. Didn't had a bed nor closet for like 3 months lol. But I could sleepover at my roommate or at the boys who I started to call my rotterfam. Last summer I didn't went on vacation, but I spend a lot of time in Rotterdam, with my rotterfam and my roommate. Had so much fun. Drank and party alot that time. It was a good summer.




But then school started. I had to focus. Came to school with my one friend, Yungyung/Isaac and closed off my first school year with a whole lot more. Made alot of friends and lost alot of money on food. Every week we would say let's go dimsum or have sushi, but that is normal in Rotterdam city.








And in the last few months I had the luck that the boyfriends internship was located in Rotterdam too. At first I didn't mind just seeing him 2 or 3 times a week. Now that he's been staying over every week, it's hard to fall in sleep without him.

I'm now wondering what this next summer and school year will bring me.

Woman got culture

I was watching video's on youtube, im a subscriber to serveral different channels, mostly music making artists, on their road to become succesfull by doing covers and orginals.
Most favorite artist are: Urbangermany, his voice is pure and gives ease to my ears when hearing him singing anything.
Christopher John aka xxxPriest Also CJ is one of my favorite, his voice is different from urbangermany. The way how he uses his guitar, and his voice is to me, superieur.
A frenchguy called Huu is something else, his voice isnt the best. But he has character, so funny. I love his videos.
Legaci is a rnb singing group who sing in harmony, best harmony i've heard.

While watching all these video's I came across an other favorite artist, who I didn;t found on youtube. Uness. First song I every heard of him was Woman got culture. Made me fall all in love with him. He's signed under Next Selection known from Ryan Leslie and Cassie. Uness is working on songs, yet nothing beats Woman got culture. I hope he can find his way through and become big.

Shy&Fly

I just went surving on the web, thought let's hop by at Shy&Fly. Made me think about last week.
Last week I went to a garage sale of a friend of mine, Joewie known as Chuy or mister Shy. He opened a webshop last year named Shy&Fly I gotta love his ambitions and passion for his dream and work. Having such ideas at a young age and making it happen, I truely envy him. That's why he gets all of my support!

While I was looking through the webshop, I saw alot of new arrivals. Quite awesome ones too. I love the collection they have on GuyVernes and Maras streetwear for the mencollection. You should really check it out. Prices are affordable too, so don't hesitate to buy.

Flash Forward

I've been watching a lot of different TV series last few years. Started with The OC, which I totally loved *remind me to do a marathon this summer*.. After that .. I never got that addicted to an other serie. Untill Prison Break..
Prison Break ended a year ago, and I was happy that it was finally over. I downloaded every single episode. First season nerverecking !! Excitement ! And sensesion! 2nd season wasn't that bad either.. Thennn the third came out .. and the story suddenly feld way too long. I kept watching it but with less excitement and less nerverecking. I started to watch other TV series like Heroes and Gossip Girl. Last Tuesday I was thinking .. I've been watching Heroes and Gossip Girl for a while now. Used to download Prison Break, Heroes and Gossip Girl on every tuesday morning. I would even wake up early on my day off to download it. I totally love Gossip Girl.. And Heroes.. Well it's always the same story "Saving the world", yet I cannot just give it up and stop watching the show. But even Gossip Girl starts to bore me.. Well .. No it doesn't but it's different.
But I really missed the excitement and the nerverecking in TV series that I had with Prison Break.. Every season at least there was an episode that made me out of my mind, jumping around, yelling: hurry hurryy they are after you!! Noo loook out!! My heart would almost pop out those times. But now .. On fridays I am watching Flash Forward, which is a hella good show!!
Flash Forward is new TV serie since fall 2009.. I watched it from the beginning. The story goes that the whole planet blacks out on october 6th for exactly 2 minutes and seventeen seconds and the whole world saw the future. --> the flash forward get it? ;p. There are cops and docters, normal and strange people, and all kind of things happends! Today I saw the season finale, really a bummer. I am dying to watch the next eps. Yess Flash Forward the TV hit that brought back the excitement and nerverecking. I LOVE IT

I remember him doing those things for me. And the reason he's not drinking on occasion like these, is because he knows he cant control himself. And since he knows, and he's not drinking he must like you alot.

Blisters

It was a sunny day so I decided to take out the pumps, and show off my legs for a little bit. Took my black fornarina that I bought last year. While walking to school from my station I already feld the pain I had last year.
The shoes took me back to an other sunny day last summer. My friend texted me if I wanted to go out for sushi. Well hell yea! I just bought these new shoes why not show them off. So I put on a summer dress matches my new heels. Met up with my friend. He was waiting for me in the middle of the city.. Normally no problem, but these heels where killing me! So we had sushi and a good time. We got up, he had to go to work, so I went back home. While getting up I was dying from pain! I got blisters right UNDER my feet!! And because of the heels there was MORE pressure on the blisters! My friend almost had to carry me back home, but he couldnt cause he had to work! So he took me as far as he could. My friend dropped me at a busstop where I only had to get in and get out the next stop and have a walk for a little 3 minutes. Those 3 minutes were the worst of that day! He told me to have a nice foottub and later to take of my blisters. When I reached my frontdoor I took off my shoes immediately went up. Took a foot tub as he said and fell a sleep.

That was really a friend, and i miss you already.
